Terre Sicane Wine Award “Women & Wine”

For some time now they have been considered the perfect ambassadors of the new Sicilian oenology and of a Sicily of tradition, hard-working and positive.

The Strada del Vino delle Terre Sicane wants to pay homage to these enterprising ladies.

The “Donne&Vino” wine award aims to reaffirm the link between wine and culture through women’s experience in wine. An award that rewards the constant commitment of women in the wine field, bearers of that new philosophy of telling and interpreting the identity of the territory with quality wine.

 

The award was given to Stefania Lena, Pia Berlucchi, Mariangela Cambria, Isabella Bossi Fedrigotti, Arianna Occhipinti, Enza La Fauci, Francesca Ciancio, Gabriella Anca Rallo, Roberta Urso, Federica Fina, Veronica La Guardia and Valeria Lopis.
